Our Standard Simple Simon Depositor is a gravity-fed, piston-driven system optimised for dispensing warm to hot, flowable thicker gravy-like meat and vegetable fillings. This simple design ensures that the integrity of your ingredients is preserved throughout the process; the unit will not mash or break up product components.

We also offer the option to replace or integrate the Unifiller/BakeMate Indexing Setup Depositor (cold-filling depositor). This upgrade extends the functionality of your line, introducing the capability for precise cold-filling applications. This versatility allows for the efficient production of additional items such as muffins, fruit mince tarts, sweet fillings, potato tops, and a variety of other products. We are proud to be partnering with Unifiller for a cold filling depositing option on our pie machines. Suitable for mince & chunky fillings; meat and vegetables.
The Bakemate integrated unit can be added onto our lines in either a single indexing arm or a multi head station.
• Coldset Pie Filling ~ 10°c to 15°c
• Chunky Pie Filling ~ 10mm to 25mm Chunks
• Deposit Weight ~ 170g +/- 4g
