Simple Simon Glaze Unit

Our semi automatic / automatic glazing units produce an even finished spray to the top of any product that can be laid out on a tray or any of our pie pallets.

The automatic glaze unit consists of a wash down trough with stainless steel rollers and motor all low voltage which is controlled by an optical sensor to guarantee accurate detection of all products.

The semi automatic glaze machine is similar to the automatic except trays are pushed though manually and a button is pressed to initiate the spray.

The spray heads are wide angle flat sprayers to maximise coverage and minimise flow to prevent wastage.


Glazes your products evenly without pooling, all excess overspray is contained and filtered in the basin ensuring floors are dry and safe. No Fuss & No Mess!!

1. Dissolve SUPER GLOSSY in water at 70 −75°C.
2. Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. The glaze is then ready for use.
Notes: Best stored under refrigeration.
If using cold water, allow the solution to stand for 24 hours before used.
