The BM Tray Flipper is a powerful solution designed to optimise your pie handling workflow. The process is straightforward: position the full pie pallet in the unit, cover it with a wire, close & secure the lid. A single movement of the integrated lever performs the initial inversion. After removing the now-empty pallet, a cooling wire is placed over the pies, and the product is transferred with a final inversion. This simple, effective system minimises manual intervention, substantially reducing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) hazards in your bakery.
